Our detailed knowledge of injection moulding is funnelled through the design process to create detailed component designs. Designs that not only work, but are as cost-effective as possible.
We use industry standard software, Solidworks CAD, for component design. To fine tune the design for manufacture we will develop either injection moulding prototypes using low-cost mould tools or 3D printing, whichever is suited to the challenge.
If you need a prototype produced urgently, use our in-house 3D printers service. We can also quickly produce low volume moulds in our toolroom.
Rapid prototypes are available in all kinds of different materials that will replicate production as closely as possible. This is a great advantage when you’ve got an idea to communicate to potential customers or to test for fit and function.Contact Us

If you confirm you’d like to go ahead, we’ll offer bespoke design and material advice as we head towards the tooling stages. We’re grateful for every customer that puts their trust in us.
As your tooling goes into production, we’ll keep you informed at every step so that you know exactly what’s happening.
All tools are sampled in-house in the correct materials for production. We’ll make sure that each component is reviewed before sending it to you for approval.
It’s common for a new design to need some small adjustments. We’ll work closely with you to make sure it’s all as you need and expect.
As soon as you’ve placed your order, we’ll confirm the delivery date. We pride ourselves on quality and delivery, treating every customer with equal importance.
