Our design engineers can assist customers with their product or part design. We use SolidWorks, which allows us to analyse potential moulding problems.
Almost all plastics can be vacuum formed, but if you are unsure, our engineers can help you.

Our team will work with you through the following stages of our process to ensure we deliver top-quality service and top-quality products.
At the start of any project, we’ll schedule an initial consultation to listen and understand exactly what you’re looking for. We will sign an NDA and review your CAD files.
Drawing on decades of expertise, we’ll think carefully about the design for your tooling and offer advise to ensure you have the best and most cost-effective solution for manufacturing and materials.
We’ll explain your quotation face-to-face so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Each quotation includes itemised tooling and part prices, plus a guaranteed timeline before you’re liable for repairs.
Once the order is received your project plan will be fully detailed. Your project manager will explain, in detail, your project plan and timeline together with our service level agreement.
As we move through our design process we will carry out regular design reviews of the part for injection moulding and the tooling. Our DFM will ensure the part design and tooling are fully optimise for moulding, cost and quality.
Once the tooling design is completed we arrange a meeting to discuss and explain the final design. As part of the above DFM review process above we would have already advised you of design improvements.
You project manager will hold regular project reviews and updates with you so you know what is happening and are aware of any project time line drift.
To validate and verify the mould tool and component parts we will carry out trials and test. At this stage any modification will be done.
Once you are 100% satisfied with the trial products we will sign off.
All quality assurance processes and procedures for the component parts will be documented and put in place. This will include all moulding and assembly work. First off masters will be approved before we move to full scale production.
Production will be scheduled and controlled using our In Touch company wide system. We run a continual improvement process which will ensure quality is maintained and improved.
